 Undeliverable numbers are inevitable with high volume telephone / mobile / cell phone lists. If you are offered lists which are described as 100% deliverable then keep well clear of that supplier. Some numbers will fail because they are busy, or reach a switched off telephone / mobile / cell phone, or a manually switched telephone / fax machine; some numbers will be discontinued or faulty. Typically, we will supply 20% more numbers than we invoice for. In almost all cases this means our customers get what they paid for. Deliverability Guarantee. Undeliverable records (unreachable telephone / mobile / cell phone numbers) are replaced or refunded against a call log report. It is our usual policy to supply more records than paid for in order> to compensate, in advance, for undeliverables.

TELEPHONE / MOBILE / CELL PHONE RATES

	The more data fields requested, the more the data will cost so to buy at the lowest cost, simly order telephone numbers only for the country or countries of your choice.  For 50,000 or more records, telephone number only, unlimited use, rates are from US$0.02 / €0.0146 / £0.013 per record [exchange rates approximate].  Very large volume rates are even lower.  Harder to obtain data is sometimes more expensive.
	We can bill in US$, €, UK £. Payment can be made to our bank by direct bank transfer, international wire transfer, Paypal, Moneygram, Western Union or by credit card. We do accept cheques but cannot release data until funds are cleared.  When payment is made by credit card and the purchaser is unknown to us, data will be delivered on a CD to the cardholders billing address only.
	Value Added Tax: No tax is payable for customers located outside the European Community.  Customers located in the UK please add 15.00% VAT & clients located in the European Community must provide an EC VAT number or pay 15.00% VAT
